I have used pin taxi on a weekly basis for more than a year now and have never had a lees than perfect journey. They have always been on time, provided service of the highest quality and have been extremely flexible in accomodating my ever chaging timetable. From picking me up in Dusseldorf on a Monday morning till they drop me off at Dusseldorf on a Thursday evening, not to mention all the daily trips in Eindhoven, service is impecable and always with a smile!

On my first visit to Eindhoven in January, I had the pleasure of meeting Frank, Safia and Danny all within a 2 day visit to Waarle. My trip from Rome to Duesseldorf was delayed 2 hours and due to the attentiveness of PIN taxi, my communication regarding the delay was received promplty and Frank was on time when I finally arrived. His new Citroen was quite a comfortable ride and I enjoyed chatting with him during the 90 minute journey. On the following evening, Safia was very courteous and helpful in driving me to a wonderful Greek restaurant on short notice and helped explaing some of the specialities of the house. Upon my early departure the next morning. Danny was promptly on time waiting for me at my hotel and was very knowledgeable in navigating the short cuts due to traffic to get to the airport on time. In my job, I travel extensively throughout South East Asia, North America and Europe, I can strongly recommend the courtesy, promptness and excellent driving experience provided by the entire PIN taxi team.
