Hello Skippers around the country. please come and have fun at Bloemfontein on our first Rope skipping National Competition. At least come check the Free-State skippers rock Bloem. I' ll be there, so, why would' nt you be?

Hi Maarten,
Great site. I especially like the photo of the african boy skipping with bare feet on the sharp beside the railway track. OUCH !!!!
I would like to see a European do that!

Haai,I want to say that I realy like it that you created a site that goes about rope skipping. It' s a good site and I hope that everyone who visited this site now knows what rope skipping is. You could also jump in South Africa. Everyone could do this everywhere. Greetzzz XXX
