Hola South Africa

2007 is a year to Jump to even more Jump Rope Levels!
What level are you working on right now?

To be the best, you've gotta try very hard!
There's a saying,"Winners Train, but losers Complain!"
You're the one who knows, which one I wanna fall under. I say, practise for most of the Time!

Cape Town is looking forward to see you at the Camp, PE!

Always jump to stay in shape, for the love of the Sport!

Hi My name is Nelson, from Fine Town at Buyani Comm. School - I used to think that Skipping is only made for females and there is not proffesionalism in it. BUT since I have got involved, I just came to realize that there is a lot more than 1 can think of. I've seen different tricks and more guys being in it and people are exploring the code. I am looking forward to be at the next competition! Ever Since I've seen that there is alot more to rope skippping I am intending to share this knowledged that I have gained with the people who still think that rope skipping is only ment for a certain gender and age group! And that one can go very far with it!!! kind regards Nelson

Hola Majita!

Mna no Biker, we are OK! Remember South Africa, Biker is really great in single Rope!

Maarten watch out! This guy is gonna kick all the Free State Jumpers buds! You'll see this guy at the Competitions, but I'm not sure if can he kick me also! Sbu's the Best!

Sbu and Biker are gonna show Jumpers the real Jump Rope!

Hola 7 Bafobethu, re tlokopana!

Sbu 12-12-06 09:16:45

Hola 7!!

This is so great, the skippers are still Jumping. Mmmm... that's really cool. But most of all, Maarten the National Coach we'll be landing to SA!!

Lucky are those who will be trained by him!
Free State I see that you're doing good, here's a challenge. Try to win against Western Cape-Cape Town, anyway if you can!

Cape Town Skippers are unbeatable in Jump Rope!
But if you train really hard you could be just like us, and be the Champion!

Remember! Winners train but Losers complain!
