Rope skipping is doing pretty well here in Western Cape, I mean in Cape Town. And I wonder how are you Skipper doing? Are you still jumping that rope or not?
Western Cape Jump Rope is doing fine and awesome. I'm looking forward to see you in September here in Cape Town our dream city. Jump until that rope breaks off!

Heloo there!
The launch of Skip4Health program here in Western Cape for 1500 schools was a success. The children they really enjoyed it. SA National Rope Skipping Team did an awesome display not to mention Maarten the coach. Most amazing the MEC of education also was there, and guess what? HE ALSO CAN JUMP AND DO CRISS CROSSES!
That means, rope skipping has no age limit. You can also do it!
