i am a big fan of robert englund aka freddy krueger.he will always be known as freddy to me and other nightmare fans.

I am watching for the first time tonight the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street.I didn't really look forward to seeing it just because Robert,you weren't in it.Well 30 minutes into it I have to say it sucks,not even scared or jumpy like i was with all of your movies.The new freddy doesnt even sound like you and the hand knives are not the same nor sound the same,they look too fake and he looks like he was wearing a mask of course he was but you Robert had the ultimate mask that looked real,i dont even want to watch this but going to,maybe they can bring you back in and have some twisted movie where u had a twin brother or something,that would be awesome!

anyone knows who will play freddy in the remake?

i think its time someone saw how great this man is. he should be cast as the riddler in the new batman film for instance. wouldnt that be great. then chris nolan has a new great evil character (an we all know rob can play the riddler, right?) and robert would be better known and get more attention than he's getting now.
