I have a Magic Lantern for sale dating from around 1890-1900. It comes with 36 hand painted slides.

This type of antique “Parabolon projector” is not seen everyday, even in your field. I was so glad to get confirmation about its identification.

Leuk even op deze site te kijken, heb zelf ook een toverlantaarn, 2 doosjes met glazen plaatjes, kist waar hij in hoort en een draaiblokje zo dat er een soort bloem gaat bewegen als je er aan draait.
Kom zelf uit Doetinchem, misschien moet ik maar een keertje naar Aalten gaan om te kijken en vergelijken, type, productie jaar enz.
ben zelf 54 jaar, is ooit van mijn opa geweest.
