christy will come on 2th april to gran canaria, and yeah, its a long trip, but gc is only 1 h behind amsterdam, so this is not really a problem,, but we will make really a good training for her compedition. i promised it. and when she come back shes a little bit stronger than now.
and she got a great bit love more from me, and so, you know, a girl who is in love is stronger, so she wil be more stronger than ever before.
i,ll be very carefull for christy, believe me, and she will always get my support for her compedition time, allwhat she need.

this is okay when your legs are tired, you make more uphill meters than normally, and someones are really hard, but he effect what yours. one week after trainingscamp, after some easy days, you will feel it.
