We had a very relaxing week at beautiful Villa Sonia. Very friendly staff, a peaceful atmosphere, luxurous and clean villas, and great service.
Enjoying a fruit juice at the pool side or on the private veranda, I felt like a celebrity every day..

As a teacher in restaurant and cafe managment-courses I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service provided by Villa Sonia and its very friendly staff. Ofcourse it's possible to find cheaper accomodation when you desire less, but in Ubud it's easier to find accomodation that will cost more and provides less. We made Ubud the startingpoint af a couple of yourneys on the Island of Bali and Lombok and we stayed at Sonia a total of four times in four weeks. Every time again it was a wonderfull place to relax and regain our strenghts for our further youneys. Thanks a thousand for your kindness to let us be the people we are in a place we couldn't help to fall in love with. With many compliments to the staff and everyone who made our stay(s) the pleasure it was.

We stayed at Sonia Villa for Easter'09 break. we had a great time over there (especially our twins in the lovely pool...), and the hotel personel was really nice and friendly. It's very child-friendly place.
We will certainly recommand Sonia villa to our friends.
I stayed at Villa Sonia for the week of Chinese new year 2009 and the villa was great. Settings also are very good as although it is not in Ubud downtown, it is merely 15mn walk to Ubud through the Monkey Forest

I stayed at Villa Sonia in Nov of 2007. Just looking at the pictures on the website brought a smile to my face. It is a lovely place to stay and the staff was incredible starting with the manager. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ubud look no further than Villa Sonia!!!!!3
Op onze huwelijksreis mei 2008 hebben wij 5 dagen doorgebracht in Ubud en mochten wij verblijven in Villa Sonia... We hadden een prachtige suite met mooie veranda en tuin. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de manager en zijn staff! Zeer vriendelijke staff trouwens en zeer hulpvaardig! Villa Sonia heeft onze huwelijksreis compleet en onvergetelijk gemaakt! We gaan er graag eens terug!
We are remembering our incredible stay at Villa Sonia's last year......and just feel compelled to let the whole world know that there is nothing like the service, quality, generosity, beauty, friendliness, art filled, exquisite atmosphere and complete over-load of the senses as Bali.
Villa Sonia is one of the best places to experience those things. The people are there to serve you. The management is looking out for you and there to help you and even invite you over for tea. It has to be one of the most incredible experiences of our lives to be there in Ubud and absorb the spiritual blessings that seem to fill every moment of existence in the lives of the Balinese people.

In de zomer van 2008 hebben wij 5 dagen verbleven in Villa Sonia, Ubud. De ontvangst van de staff was zeer goed. De medewerkers staan voor je klaar en willen allerlei zaken voor je doen en regelen. Van een glaasje drinken bij het zwembad tot het regelen van excursie of je na het diner weer ophalen uit het dorp. De kamers zijn erg mooi en schoon en de ligging is werkelijk adembenemend. Ook Ubud is een erg mooi dorp op Bali en er zijn diverse goede en gezellige restaurants. 
Kortom kan ik zeggen dat wij van een erg plezierig verblijf hebben genoten.
